By exploring user behaviors, needs, and challenges, the process ensures solutions are not only functional but also deeply aligned with user expectations. Commonly used methods include user interviews to gather qualitative insights, surveys to uncover trends at scale, usability testing to refine interactions, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
CONCEPT
